This is what it means to have customer service! The Community Bank is so flexible we have a home loan through them, the people in the office are so accommodating, they really live up to the name of community. Thankful to have them!

Listen, I've never bothered learning someone's name at a financial institution, because it's so rarely a good experience. But Ms. Workman was so helpful. By the time I left, I didn't have any questions, and I had hard copies of everything as well as a clear to-do list for online banking and ordering checks.
