Several times now, they have got me in at a moments notice to have my dogs nails groomed. Everyone there is super nice and willing to deal with my spaz of a dog. Couldn't recommend them more

The staff are so gentle with my big cry baby Ryder. He hated every groomer I tried for years. After two trips to Tender Touch he is relaxed and cooperative. These are "dog" people and they treat you right. You either love them or hate them. I have never had any reason NOT to love them! They also care for my dalmation Edora since a pup and she loves to go see them.

This place is AMAZING. They did exactly what I asked, and my dog looked so beautiful. They are kind, professional, and caring. The only way I'll be going anywhere else is if they refuse to service my dog. You need to try them, you won't regret it!

Sadie has been there twice and they do a wonderful job she had dry skin and Tender Touch recommended a bath to soak her it it helped her tremendously she now gets one every time she is groomed her skin looks great

I have a rescue dog who’s been coming along with his social skills. The ladies at the spa really made him comfortable, he came out not only relaxed, but he looked great also!! Here’s before and after pictures!

Would love to give 0 stars.. not only did I send my dog for over a year, they randomly “couldn’t handle him” after boarding him for that long, I also gave them business and referred them to people I personally know, that gave them business. An after a week of him staying (which he had before) this last time he stayed a week when I got him back he was clearly not okay almost as if they did something to him.. call themselves religious, but are terrible. Would never recommend them. Regret ever trusting this awful establishment. I will continue to tell any an everybody how terrible this place is.
