Excellent customer service. If people knew how much I ask the folks for advice they wouldn't hire me.
There is one issue though, and I'm sure it is going to haunt my dreams. The hold music is awful. It makes me feel like I'm about to have the worst cartoon day of my life. Please, even silence would be better. There is peace in silence, the hold music is depressing.

I wish I could give this store more stars! Customer service was fantastic and the stain color match was perfect. I will go to this store for all my paint and stain needs.

Lack of training is a real problem for this store. You get varying answers on things which wastes your time. And no one seems to care about that. Nicole says one thing and then Steve rudely says another. At least most of the people, such as Nicole, are friendly and want to help, unlike my experience with Steve who seemingly couldn’t care less.The customer loses frequently. The old guard from a few years ago at Sherwin ran a tight ship. Now, it’s just a bit of a joke. You never know what you’re going to get or where you will get hung up on during each experience.

Just moved to the area and am very excited that we have a quality SW store in the Newark area. I forget the young gentleman who helped me the first time. He was very helpful and friendly. I called in the second time and spoke with Skyy who helped with a paint question, then an order. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in to pick up my paint and she told me that they did have the original paint that I wanted and waited to see which paint I did want to buy. Very thoughtful. She could have simply mixed the paint she said she had in stock on the phone. I overheard her interacting with a customer who was in line before me. He "looked" like he knew what he was doing, he didn't, but Skyy quickly informed him of the correct type of paint to use. She is very thoughtful, courteous, and knows what she's talking about. I'll be back for lots of paint for the new house I just bought. Thanks for the great service guys, which is sorely lacking in today's world.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Product was available and tinted perfectly. Just had hiccup with Ohio Farm Bureau discount code, which staff immediately corrected, but it was a bit embarrassing.
