Been in a lot of sheets and I'm actually an ex sheets employee and this store was so unorganized and the manager on duty was being incredibly rude to her staff while I was there. Not impressed with Stephen at all.

I enjoy the food but the drivethru service is terrible. You need alarms so the workers know we are waiting. It's 50/50 if I have to sit at the windows for 5 minutes waiting for my online order.

Food always turns out pretty great but the service is always extremely sub par. Sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes before anyone decided to acknowledge that I was there. Went to window to wait for food to finish which was completely understandable, but when handed my food I wasn't given my drink. Waved and knocked on the window with no response so I went inside. When going to the SBC counter I stood for at least another 6 minutes without any worker acknowledging me. Just to get given a shake that was completely melted. I love y'alls food but the service sucks anytime after 8pm.

Well I'm sad to say this place USED to be a favorite spot to stop at while traveling and needing a place to stop for all necessary reasons. From the service, to the area, this place WAS really nice. Until this morning. After driving for hours, my partner and I got hungry and needed gas so we decided to stop here because it was closest to where we needed to go from there. After eating, we were pretty exhausted and decided to take a power nap. We arrived around 2am but by the time we got done eating and handling our business there, it was close to 4am. We even parked out of the way to avoid issues, only to wake up 4.5hrs later to Greg telling us we couldn't stop there anymore after today. We wasn't being loud or doing anything wrong but was told that nobody is aloud to stop there to catch a power nap after paying for and using the services there. As a couple who travels all around ohio for work and has a mini trailer connected to our SUV. There really aren't a whole lot of places we can go, to take a break. But we've never had any issues anywhere we have stopped, until now. What a rude of awakening. We are so blown away at the level of disrespect from Greg. Especially so early in the morning and especially when we wasn't even doing anything wrong and had intended to wake up and pay for more services, as we always have and do. The kicker of it all is the fact that there are no signs that says we cannot take a break there before continuing our travels. However, if sheetz decides to start enforcing signs like that. I will no longer use their services, ever again. Nor would I recommend anyone else to, either. Because what's the point of spending my hard earned money there, when they don't seem to care about the travelers who stop there to spend their money and utilize the sheetz services? I just want to be left alone as I mind my own business and help other businesses, thrive. Needless to say, Greg acted like a Karen with carelessness towards those who help give his job a sense of purpose with a real meaning behind a 24hr convenience store. I am not happy but I do not want anything from this review other than recognition towards the issue, in order to resolve potential future issues for myself and other travelers. We came in peace, and always clean up after ourselves. So the only paper trail we left was from the $50+ we spent on services we got receipts for. Thanks for causing more unnecessary hardship for us, Greg. You wouldnt last a day walking in our shoes. But I hope you dont ever have to, either. Because Karma is real and will eat you alive for treating us the way you did without fully understanding the situation ✌️ ?

Every single time I order from here, it's wrong. I come with friends, it's wrong. Theirs is correct. I go through the drive-thru, and it's wrong. I've paid for cheese dozens of times and never gotten it. The only good thing is that my drink is always correct.

So much better than the regular gas stations. Always restrooms open to the public, regular or self checkout, big variety of foods and sweets and they also serve food and sweets. A step in the right direction as far as gas stations are concerned!
