Provides needles to drug addicts,lets drug addicts eat ,lets drug addicts break the rules of having a weapon,but the rude lady in the kitchen bars me over some coffee. Hows Christianity working for you?

This place is a joke. All the staff are unprofessional & ignorant. Beth is not a good director. This place allows the homeless to do drugs on thier property & sleep. I literally saw a guy shooting up out of my window one day. I have 2 children. This place will NOT help you. They give you a place to sleep.. That's it. Other than that, you're screwed. Don't rely on this place to help you with anything other than a place to sleep.

So helpful to those in need.The History of The Salvation ArmySoon after beginning his ministerial career in England in 1852, William Booth abandoned the concept of the traditional church pulpit in favor of taking the gospel of Jesus Christ directly to the people. Walking the streets of London, he preached to the poor, the homeless, the hungry, and the destitute.When fellow clergymen disagreed with Booth’s unconventional approach, he and his wife Catherine withdrew from the church to train evangelists throughout England. The couple returned to the East End of London in 1865, where many followers joined their fight for the souls of lost men and women. Within 10 years, their organization, operating under the name The Christian Mission, had over 1,000 volunteers and evangelists.

I have a question. A friend of mine said that she could not stay there anymore, because a few years back her and her boyfriend were found to be using drugs. She isn't anymore but says they turn her away. Is this true about this facility? I would think that she or anyone would deserve 2nd chance. ??
