We have always dealt with Kevin and he does some amazing work! We have now been dealing with Shelby and she is nothing but amazing to work with! She always comes up with great ideas and is never pushy! She wants to sell you something that you LOVE! The whole staff makes for an enjoyable visit every time we are in the store!

I cannot say enough great things about Pugh’s. From moment you walk through the door, they treat you with respect and are overjoyed to have you as a customer. Shelby was wonderful to work with when it came to having my rings soldered, another ring resized and eventually remade. Every staff member validates any questions you have and is very willing to share their knowledge. HIGHLY recommend for any and every jewelry need! Thank you so much for what you do!

I can’t express enough how amazing this place is. They are so nice and considerate. They sized my ring in 3 days, when 2 other jewelers told me they couldn’t do it because it was too much of a size change. Will be returning for all my jewelry needs.

Customer service is still alive!!My wife lost an earring out of her favorite pair. For Christmas, I wanted to get her a new pair of earrings that closely matched.I had never been to Pugh's, but they had good reviews online. I walked into to Pugh's with 4 pictures of the one earring my wife still had.Unfortunately they didn't have any that matched. They looked through the jewelry books they had in the store, but they couldn't find anything that was close. I was a little discouraged, but Shelby asked if I would text her the pictures that I had taken. She told me she'd let me know what she could find.I really wasn't expecting hear back from her, let alone hear back in under 24 hours. But that's exactly what happened. Shelby text me back the same day with 3 different options that were nearly identical to the earrings that I was looking for for my wife.I text Shelby back the pair that I wanted to purchase. They ordered them for me, & Shelby text me when they were in to purchase.When I came in to pick them up, they offered to gift wrap them. I declined because I wanted to make sure they matched the earring that my wife still had. I brought it home, & it was nearly identical.My wife opened them on Christmas morning & immediately put them in! She loves them & is extremely happy with them! Two years ago I went in with a vision for my wedding band, worked with Shelby and she turned my thoughts into reality!Not only was she so kind when we first met, but when I went back in two years later she instantly remembered me, had all this planned out paperwork from our previous chat and knew exactly what we still wanted. We LOVE Pugh's! We are forever customers! My husband and I first started working with Pugh's when we purchased my engagement ring. The whole process was fantastic! We worked with Shelby and her customer service, education, and follow through were everything we could have asked for! Shelby didn't treat us like just a sale, but instead educated us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We did a custom spin on one of their American made engagement rings and it turned out amazing. I get so many compliments on the uniqueness of my ring and the brilliance of my diamond! We have made multiple purchases since my ring, and each time we have had the same awesome customer service and experience. The months leading up to my engagement, I became a frequent flyer of Pugh’s Designer Jewelers. I knew after my initial visit; their team would help me find the perfect ring for my fiancée.They answered my questions, guided me honestly, and patiently worked with me through the jewelry designing process. They always made me feel comfortable in their store.The challenging part of being a first-time buyer is not knowing what to look for, Shelby walked me through it all. Her knowledge of both the products and the industry were second to none. Her passion for the details and energy for the big day were contagious. The BEST around! Pugh's is a one stop shop! I cannot stop raving about how wonderful the staff at Pugh's were during our entire process of ring and jewelry shopping for our wedding. Shelby listened to my husband and I's vision and made it become a reality. She educated us both on types of diamonds and helped my husband fight the perfect one for me!
