While in mourning after the passing of my daughter they sat down and helped us make prints of her. They have been more then helpful with everything we have ever needed. The staff is always polite and friendly. I will continue to shop here and get my meds here for years to come.”

Not only did they have it ready for me within an hour but all of my insurance info had been sent electronically as well. The staff are friendly and it seemed to be a very well organized workplace. “I have had horrible experiences with several different pharmacies since moving to the area, but the people here are awesome! When my medication was out of stock the pharmacist called me ahead of time to let me know so I didn't waste my time driving there. She also suggested several alternative options including other pharmacies that may have it available. This is what customer service should look like!!! Way to go guys!”

“I've used this pharmacy for several years now. Never really too many issues. The drive thru line is usually busy but I think that's expected sometimes. The store is stocked pretty well. I don't think they have a lot of front of the store employees but it's not terrible. I like that there's a pharmacy close by on this side of town, I'm sure it's convenient to a lot of people.”

“I have been fed up with CVS. Today was the day I made the switch! Cvs was out of my medicine until Friday. This is Tuesday!!! I needed my medicine, so I called krogers, and waited on hold for 15min and gave up. So I called Newark Pharmacy, and the pharmacist was extremely helpful! She checked, and had my medicine in stock, and got it filled in record time!!! Thank you so much!”
