Dr. May is our family physician and she is just incredible. She is warm and friendly, she listens to you and always has a genuine interest in helping you be as healthy as you can be. Appointments don't feel "rushed" and my family is grateful to have a doctor that genuinely cares about helping her patients.MSA has been a great office. Sometimes it takes some time on hold to get through to the schedulers, but they have always been friendly and have been able to schedule appointments with the nurse practitioner same day when we are sick. Messages we send to the Dr for concerns & refill requests get a quick response.Overall, it's a well run practice with great physicians and nurses. My family has had a better experience there than at any of our previous PCP's offices.

Office staff (Not the doctor) seems very busy, and phone calls take much to long to get thru sometimes, Im afraid if I were to be sick and need my Dr. This could be a problem.Tryed numerous times to regester on My Chart, first it seemed like I regestered but the system reject the password, after a few times I was locked out, called the next day to find out that I needed to regester within 1/2 hour of receiving the email, was sent another email, regestered again in the alloted time, the system kept rejecting my User name, I tryed 3 differant ones, saying user name was not available, ok my 1/2 hour is probably up, i tried to call back to get help, was on hold log enough...this isnt worth it. Will NOT be using My Chart.A couple of my friends have doctors with this group they say they don't use MyChart because its to complicated, maybe it is user friendly once u get in but...who knows.

Had multiple very bad experiences here. Dr Maria May was condescending and rude to me on a few occasions. Never got call backs and they take between 10-15 minutes to answer any calls. Every time I asked them to fax something to anyone they either sent it to the wrong place or just didn’t do it at all.

Recently my doctor retired from this practice. I have been with this practice for 30 years. I received a letter in the mail terminating my relationship with their practice. According to them, no doctor in the practice wants to represent me due to a BWC claim. I found another doctor to handle the BWC and asked if they will keep me for primary care. Again I was told NO!! I have never left them owing a bill and am not being told why I am being terminated. I brought my husband to this practice. He is not being terminated. You have doctors in your practice who are advertising that they are accepting new patients. WHY? That's all I want to know. I am feeling discriminated against. Isn't this against the law?

Went from years of lower back difficulty with no relief to Dr. May and was set on a course of Physical Therapy that has made an incredible difference. Much less pain, lower BP, lower Blood sugar testing, lower weight and improved over all health! Thank you!

I can not recommend Mary-Claire enough!! She provides excellent care, and takes her patients care very seriously. My family is beyond blessed to have found her and we will forever be grateful for her and her fast acting and phenomenal care!

Definitely do not recommend. Good service for annual wellness checks with NP Powell but getting lab results or followup info....they called wife to read labs over phone and had wrong chart.....Front desk and phone service poor.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been a patient for quite a few years but the last two years have just been awful. I still get my prescriptions through MSA but would not recommend going for any other reason.

I was seeing a doctor there 12 years and it just kept getting worse! And if the doctors read these, he'll know who he is. The straw that broke the back was my doctor had a student following him and the nurse asked if that was ok and I said sure! Well, he came in alone and I asked where he was and he shook his head no and said, "you are too hard and I don't want him to walk out after this appointment and give up his career and studies." Excuse me? I tell you things about my past and didn't expect to have it thrown back in my face!!! I got a new doctor and am no longer stressed because of my old doctors lack of interest and caring! Both of my sons have left this place, too. Would never recommend them.

Love this place. First time in a very long time I have a doctor and CNP that actually care about my health. They listen, advise their thoughts and we make decisions together that are very informative about my care. Dr May and CNP Howarth have a fantastic working relationship that makes all interaction smooth. So glad I made the choice of this practice and these two very fine medical professionals. The ease of getting an appt is 2nd to none for me, no matter how big or small the problem may be. Couldn't be happier!

Fired for asking for a new doctor after spending a week in the ER and almost $7,000 out of pocket to find out the Zoloft that Mary Claire thought would be great idea to prescribe unsolicited to a diabetic with stomach issues was basically killing me - so my choice is basically no Dr or the one that was knowingly making me sick? Wow great treatment after being a patient for years!

Honestly, this place is great. Desk staff is super nice. My wife and I see Dr Maria May and my daughter sees Dr Karres.These doctors listen to you. Getting hold of them over the online patient portal is a breeze.The one thing I don't like is how long it takes to get out of the on hold queue when you call in. 15 minutes feels like forever when you're on hold.

Definitely was not impressed with this place. The reception had major RBF and was monotone. No greeting just … do you have an appt, who are you seeing, insurance card. The doctor had no care in the world. Had a few concerns and only one was really addressed. Also they charge for every little thing. I get it. It’s a private practice and you need to make money but at least have a friendly atmosphere and pretend that you care. I will say that a different reception when I was checking out was friendly and smiled. Felt like this place cared more about money then the care of patients.
