I actually had a great experience clinically at this facility, but dealing with the company’s billing department has been an absolute nightmare and waste of about five total hours of my life…. All for a $57 bill. First, I was required to enter credit card information before I could be seen. When I received my bill, I paid it with my HSA, but Minute Clinic still billed me through my normal credit card. I called no less than five times and was on hold for over an hour each time. I was given inaccurate information about the information that I needed to provide to prove that I had paid the bill the first couple times. Then, when they finally received the proof that they needed that the bill was paid, it took them three weeks to mail me a refund check, which was then short. When I called to check on why my check was short, they indicated that I had a bill that was four years old that they withheld from the funds that were owed to me. I asked them why they didn’t tell me this in advance, because I had no idea that I owed them any money. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and with the enormous wait times, they appear to be grossly understaffed. I doubt I will ever be returning to any Minute Clinic facility because the billing issues are an absolute nightmare.

I'm not sure what all of these other negative reviews were about. The nurse and doctor were very pleasant, helpful and empathetic! Will be coming back when I need walk in care in the future.

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband had a strep test and they charged $45. We went back two weeks later for my son to have a strep test and they charged $189 and of course didn't tell me until after the test was completed so I had no choice but to pay.

I showed up 40 minutes before the minute clinic closed, and she told me she’s done for the day. I let her know that the hours online say they’re open until 5:30 and her response was “exactly, so I’m not seeing anymore patients” then she walked away from me. I obviously should’ve read the reviews before coming in.

Nurse was very late coming back from her lunch, when she finally came out out of the door was rude and unpleasant to talk to.

Checked in online ahead of time- arrived within 30min (drive time). Got there, entered code, says my code was canceled. Provider cancelled our Check in. Was now 60 min wait. Won’t be back- got right into Kroger little clinic 10min later with check in.

The wait time is just as long , if not longer than my doctors office.

I had nothing but outstanding medical care at the Minute Clinic this past week. The online reservation tool is extremely helpful if you do not want to wait. The pharmacy is also very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this clinic. Also, go get your flu vaccine!

Worse visit I have ever had. The horseface was rude and disrespectful. As soon as I walked in she asked me to sit and give her my ID. I did. I told her that I have migraines and as soon as I said that she said she couldn't do anything. I asked what do you mean. I take amitriptyline for migraine prevention. She said that she can't do that but then says that she needs to check her guidelines. I said OK. She couldn't find anything about not prescribing that or my blood pressure medication or my anything but still she was determined not to assist me. So I asked for my Id back and stated that if you couldn't prescribe it you would know. It's not a narcotic. None are so as soon as I said that you didn't show me the guidelines she says she doesn't have to. So basically she can just decide to not help anyone. BTW I'm black so this may be a reason for the quick escalation. I hate playing the race card but when someone has an attitude with you for no reason and can't make eye contact with you and gets nasty with just for asking a question....? She seemed fine until she turned to see me. The gentleman that existed the room she was nice too but sadly I didn't get a chance to express my issues with her because she didn't care.

Do not touch the magazine's or plush toys near the waiting area. I watched snot draining children and adults flip thru the magazine's and kissing the plush toys then of course putting them back on the shelves/bins. Yuck.

Why is it if they are supposed to open at 9 that the nurse only shows up at 9 and doesn't start taking people till at least 15 after so they are behind before they even start the day!! What's the point of having reserved appointments if you are a walk-in clinic? We were here first and 2 people walk in after us and are seen first? Your system does not work.
