Five stars to the kind pharmacist who came out to take time with me to help me find what I needed to help my ear being plugged up for a week. So grateful to her for her kindness and taking the time to assist me personally. So much better than Walgreens. I love Kroger pharmacy.

The staff do not communicate with me or each other well. Been there 3 times this week for my medication. Was told on phone my med would be ready the next morning. Then each time I go there I'm told they don't even have it in process and it will be set to be ready the next morning. Still not ready, & they can't fill it within 15min of closing. I was at work. They also don't always have my medication in stock. Never had that problem till recently. The staff are nice tho.

The two drive through lanes were closed at 3:15. I went inside. One lane, 16 people in line. It has been slowly deteriorating at 21st street in Newark.

Stopped to pick up my husband's prescriptions on the way home from New Albany after knee replacement. 5 cars in front of us took over an hour to get them. Didn't go inside because he gets the other knee done in 6 weeks and don't want to get sick. Didn't have 1 of the 4 ready. It was called in that morning it was 5 when we picked up. Always a line inside or drive through. Probably will switch our pharmacy soon.

Worst Kroger ever!!!! Worst pharmacy in the history of pharmaceutical practice! Come every week and have some kind of issue every single time. I would rather drive to Columbus to get my scripts than drive 2 minutes to this Kroger.

Absolutely the worst Kroger Pharmacy I've ever been to! Told me my meds would be ready at 1:30 showed up at 3:00 waited in a long line just to be told they'll be read the next day at 4:00pm Never had so many problems at Kroger before!! They need to get another grocery store in Newark, Ohio!!

I've been with Kroger's pharmacy for 30 years and their service is getting worse and worse throughout the years they hardly have anybody working they never have to drive through and you always got to stand in line because they have one person running cash register I'm about ready to switch my prescriptions

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to in my entire life. The pharmacy is “open till 8” but what they fail to mention is the drive thru closes prior to that and you have to come inside. The thought process behind that makes no sense. I arrived at 5:30pm after I got off work to quickly pick up my prescriptions. The person in front of me was taken care of, but when I pull up I am told that they are closing the drive thru and I can come inside. Already annoyed with this inconvenience, I go inside and the line is 10+ people long and not moving at all. I left without my prescriptions and hoping for better service in the morning. If you work a job and like to pick up prescriptions when you get off, do not bother having your prescriptions sent here. This place is absolutely horrible.
