Five stars to the kind pharmacist who came out to take time with me to help me find what I needed to help my ear being plugged up for a week. So grateful to her for her kindness and taking the time to assist me personally. So much better than Walgreens. I love Kroger pharmacy.

All pharmacies are overworked/understaffed. That's because their staff has to go through rigorous training so you get the right medication. They do their best to help every customer, even the rude ones. The techs are very helpful, especially Claire. I look for her every time I am at the pharmacy. So friendly and kind.
