Don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, they are very disrespectful and the car I got from them is a piece of garbage, they make the cars look nice and drive well, just long enough to get it off the lot.

Watch yourself from buying from this lot the sells men is nothing but a lier I traded a car in that he said had blowby on a jeep that blow up on me and left me and my daughter and my friends son on the side of the road due to overheating after fixing the hose and then it wouldn't restart haven't even made the first payment or anything only had it less then a week so now I'm left without a car the wife was very rude to me when I was telling her the jeep is unsafe to be on the road and was unaware of this till I got it on a lift juat said they used to be a great car lot never thought they would screw me over like this and now bc of this i got to come up with the money to buy a new car somehow to make sure my daughter can get to school

They were really helpful, really honest, they were very polite, and friendly, very professional, accommodating. They were very clear in explaining everything! They answered all questions, and I recommend buying a vehicle from here!! This is one of the best car lots in Newark!

So I got an 03 Chevy trailblazer from them 3 months ago by the way today is Friday September 15th 2023 so the transmission loses third and fourth gear 2 months after I get it right so I went in last week and I talked to the guy about it and he acted like it was a new occurrence that it wasn't like that when I bought it and told me I was responsible for getting the repairs done well yesterday Thursday September 14th 2023 I met the mechanic that they had working for them when my truck came in and found out that they withheld some pretty shady mechanical information about the truck the mechanic was nice enough to let me know that the car company had him put the wrong front end on the passenger side from an envoy and not a trailblazer which would be the reason why when I bought brakes for the front end they didn't fit on the passenger side for some reason the brakes were slightly too big and so I had to be and plead with the auto supply company I went to for my brakes to exchange the set that I bought for the passenger side for the proper size off the envoy that he put on that side and he also notified me that they had him Jerry rig the coolant line for the transmission with rubber hose so in fact the problem was pre-existing and they withheld the fact that they had him repair a metal coolant line for the transmission with rubber hose and so it made third and fourth gear which is conside the high plate gears in the transmission disappeared made the high gear 3rd and 4th and I've yet to confront him about meeting the mechanic intend to do it today and we'll see just how shady they really are

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this place, very polite, very smooth car buying process, you don't have to sit in the office for two hours, they cut right to the chase, and they will jump through hoops to work with you. I have read reviews about their cars being junk, listen here. You're buying a used vehicle, it is your responsibility to check the vehicle out thoroughly, bring someone smart with vehicles with you. Used cars are always a gamble. Sometimes you have to put money into them, that is how it works. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I’m a single mom and new to the city. I’ve been to at least 3 lots trying to trade in my current car here in Newark , I came here after work today and they were both friendly, down to earth, and understanding of my specific situation. I needed a more reliable, safer car to commute back & forth to work in Columbus. That’s exactly what I got and I’m extremely satisfied! This was my first buy here, pay here experience and they exceeded my expectations ?Thanks again guys!

They sold me a junky car, it still has 45 day tag on it, it has broke down several I'd say 4-5 times while having it, left me and my kids stranded, I've asked them to help me with certain situations

Got a ford explore from this place. It was a pretty easy process. On my way home I noticed that when I stop and go, the motor skips gears. I called them and they said they didn’t have an on-site mechanic, so I was pretty much on my own. I had it a month and it was completely undrivable, the transmission is out……I just want someone to get it out of my driveway.

A horrible horrible place to purchase a vehicle I am handicapped 100% disabled. My alternator went out on my car and I called k&j Auto talk to Cody he said he would call James and tell him that morning went out I called him back in two days he said he could not get ahold of James which I know that's a lie I knew this family for forty years. All buy here pay here lots will service your vehicle and put cost of your repair on the end of your note.I will purchase my next car at Auto pro Eric will fix your vehicle and put repair on the end of your note
