The refund advance even tho I'm a returning customer who is getting back 4700 I only got 500 for the advance ..that was very skimpy considering last year I got less back and was advanced like 1200 ..and last year we had to wait extra long because of the issues you guys had with the emerald card ..it's bad enough you charged almost 400$ to do taxes that I could have filed for free with the irs directly.. I won't come back unless you give me a bigger advance on my emerald card..because that was a bad business move...
