I rented a mini van for a day. When I returned it at 8am, I had forgotten to check the entire van and I left a large Igloo cooler in the back. That night, when I realized what I had done, I called and left a message. The next morning, I was informed that the van was sent to Easton and was checked there. They found no cooler, so they say. My point being that somewhere in that sting of Hertz employees there is a thief and Hertz made no effort to help retrieve my property.

I made reservations two weeks ago and they don't have a car. For us this morning. Not to professional of a place. Well after this review they gave us most of our money back. Three Star now.

AMANDA (store manager ) HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH****
I had MAJOR issues with my shop and getting my OWN vehicle on the correct date. I had to come back to the rental agency twice to rent TWO different cars. BOTH times I was provided amazing service and the store manager Amanda could not have been friendlier or more professional.
100% would recommend top ANYONE in the 740 area and needs a rental!!

An absolute trash company filled with swindlers. How did it go from 355 for a week to 603 they lied about the insurance cost I will make sure to give them as many negative reviews as I possibly can

Warning do not rent from here they will find anyway to charge you for things that you didn’t do. Go with enterprise they are much cheaper anyway. Do not try to talk to the mgr she won’t do anything but put the blame on you. Very very rude.

Amanda is awesome! Went way above and beyond to help me. I was not going to be able to pick up the vehicle at the time I had reserved it as I am a driver and was not going to make it back in time. She changed the time for me so I could pick up it the day I needed it early in the morning. Made the process so easy for me. I highly recommend Hertz and definitely recommend Amanda.

Ok this place is a rip off 100 percent! Do not go here this place is a joke. So get my rental all set up and head in to pick up my car for a family vacation. Amount to be paid at time of rent 408.23. This is the confirmation email word for word. Get in there and immediately get the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Nope not 408.23 now it's going to be 408.23 plus 500 plus the insurance. I showed her what I was sent and she said nope I got to pay everything else as well. I ask her to show me were it says all this and she can't even bring up here own terms and conditions lol. She said she has been doing this for years but I can't tell. I can say that my law firm will be looking into this and we will be seeing hertz in court.

Not good at all, rude employees and they add $500 hold on your debit card with no choice to run it as credit! Enterprise is much better!

Hertz doesn't inform via email nor do they state on their website that they perform a soft credit check before making the decision to rent to someone. I don't see why credit score matters when you're paying money up front. They had no problem taking my money for a rental on the internet. Now I have to contact their call center to receive my refund. It was only $40 for a one-day rental, but it's just the point. They apparently don't do refunds in-store. What a hassle. Go to Enterprise instead.
