One of the worst CVS pharmacies that I've been too. The technician had a poor attitude and the insurance they had on file was wrong so we weren't able to get our medication right away. Not a huge deal and it was easily resolved but the insurance rep said that even the pharmacist had a horrible attitude and was rushing to get her off the phone. If you have to go to a CVS for your medication, then I'd advise picking another location.

If I could give this store a zero star I would ! They are so slow, they refused to fill my prescription bc they messed up on their part and didn’t give me the right amount! WILL NOT ANSWER THERE PHONE ONE BIT BEDN ON HOLD FOR 20 mins still nothing ! It’s sad I work in retail and we answer our phones on the first three rings!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Waiting for a prescription transfer, I was told to check back just before 10pm. No problem. At 9:55am, the drive-thru window was covered in cardboard from the inside. An automated message played long and loud from their intercom. I tried to ring the bell during the message, but it did not work. I finally succeeded in ringing the bell when the message finally stopped playing. A man (that I was later told was the pharmacist) said, \\\"Pharmacy is closed.\\\" I tried to explain that I had been told to return before 10 and that I had been sitting at the window since 9:55. He refused to believe that I had been their since 9:55. It was 9:57, and he couldn't have known because he was hiding behind cardboard. He asked what medications I needed. I told him. He chuckled and said, \\\"You don't need those tongiht. Pick them up tomorrow.\\\" They were BP meds. He didn't know how long I had been without them nor when I was to take them next. After such rude treatment, trust me, I needed my BP meds. I would never trust this man/pharmacy to fill a prescription for me.

Would be nice if you answered your phones. I'm so tired of talking to robots they are no help at all.

Poor customer service and pharmacy employees are rude.

Pharmacy staff is the rudest ever. One lady got pissed and was cussing cause the item I was purchasing wouldn't ring up. The pharmacist didn't even bother to go over my daughters script with me. I sure wish my insurance would partner with Walgreens so I wouldn't have to go back.

Walked in today. Nobody waiting. Drop off two prescriptions for my daughter and ask to wait for them. 45 minutes she says. I can see they have some outstanding work. Don't you think they would fill the prescriptions for those who drove down to the store and are waiting first? Employee was snobby, uninterested and short with me.

CVS in general is a crappy company. Go to Arensburg a few blocks down on Main.

Do not go to Arensburg it is way behind in the times and the staff are stand offish and snobby. If you want up to date supplies and want to be treated with quick assertiveness, kindness and professionalism then waist know time going to CVS 24Hour on West Main St Newark Oh.
