They send a text telling you your script is ready then you stand in line half hour ,then they say you are not in our system! After 3 times telling her how to spell your last name (Reynolds) š and repeating dob many times she says oh here you are but your script is not ready! Give us 20 minutes..then after waiting 20 minutes you get in line and wait another 10 minutes to make it to the cashier for her to say it's still not ready !!! Perhaps they would be more efficient if the pharmacist was not on her head set on a personal conversation for an hour! Also they will not fill your script unless u r inside waiting! It's fine to caugh and spread germs everywhere apparently! Literally you can drop your script off and go back 4 hours later and it will not be filled! They will only fill if u r in the store waiting! Wish I could give a zero

friendly, kind and helpful individuals that work there. Be careful though, when I went the register was out of paper and I lost my extra bucks. There is no way to get them back if there is not register paper.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They cannot fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and on more than one occasion they've been out of the medication necessary. Always a waste of time.

It is deeply concerning to hear about the recent changes at CVS pharmacy where human interaction in addressing prescription needs has been significantly reduced. The decision to eliminate the option of speaking to a human representative for prescription inquiries can undoubtedly lead to frustration and confusion among customers who may require personalized assistance or have urgent questions regarding their medications.
Moreover, the reported instances of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from CVS representatives during customer interactions are completely unacceptable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and provided with the necessary support when seeking assistance from a service provider, especially in matters as critical as healthcare and prescriptions.
The act of hanging up on customers is not only discourteous but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Such actions can lead to a breakdown of trust between CVS and its customers, ultimately impacting the overall customer experience and loyalty to the brand.
It is essential for CVS pharmacy to prioritize customer service and ensure that all interactions, whether automated or human-led, are conducted with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist customers in their healthcare needs. Just sat in the pharmacy drive through line for 15 mins only to when I got the window they put up a drive through closed sign up and to come inside. Only to go inside and it be another 4 people I have to wait on. The pharmacists is vary nice but the customer service is lacking. I wouldn't have left this review but this is just one of many bad experiences I have had here in the past year.

You might want to update your hours in your Google listing. I was just trying to get some liquid bandaid for a cut, others may have a more emergent or serious need. And before any dummies say pharmacy closes at 10pm you can see in the photo it says the store is open until 12am. It takes 30 seconds to update you hours on Google, do better

The CVS associate, Catherine, informed me about the CVS ExtraCare + Program today, as I have been an ExtraCare program member already. She was very informative, and I signed up for the + Program today which is FREE FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS , and it saved me over $15 on my purchases of $29 with the $10 cashback for joining and the coupons for the other products. Can't thank Catherine enough. A+

If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from this incompetent pharmacy. I called them 3 days ago and was told my prescription would be ready and would be held for me. I arrive today only to be told that my medication was on a āfirst come first serve basisā They were rude and dismissive. In addition, they send you a text letting you know your prescription is ready only to find out itās actually not ready or available. If you are a patient please please run donāt walk away from this incompetent pharmacy/staff. I know I will never go to another CVS⦠no thanks!
