My doctors office called in my prescription at 3PM and left a voicemail (because nobody ever answers the phone). My husband went to pick up the prescription at 5:30PM and they tell him they have no prescription for me. I called the pharmacy at 6PM and they said they checked all the answering machines and there was nothing on them. The pharmacist told me over and over again they had no prescription for me.
I emailed my doctors office after hours and told them I was disappointed they didn’t actually call in the prescription. The doctors office tracts down my Doctor (after hours) and he calls CVS at 8PM. CVS lied to him and said they have the prescription and it’s ready to be picked up. The doctors office emails me back and says the prescription is ready for pick up!
I then logged into my CVS account at 8:23PM and it says the prescription is being processed and not ready.
I called CVS at 8:30PM and the pharmacist said the order is ready. I told her the CVS app says it’s still in process. I said either you’re lying or my doctor is lying. She says it’s almost ready. I ask her “why did my doctor say the order was already received and is ready for pick up?” Yet, you’re telling me it is not ready yet. Something isn’t adding up and someone is lying to me. She finally admits the answering machine messages were erased earlier and the order is “almost ready”. The pharmacist is a liar. I asked why she didn’t bother to call me and tell me this after I spoke with her over two hours ago? I am expecting a call from Ashley (management) on 1/29/25 to discuss this incident; as this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t appreciate being lied to and the complete lack of compassion and communication from the pharmacist and staff. This pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I have had the same complaints from my vet office when they attempt to call in a prescription. It’s time to bring our business to a more competent pharmacy and one that is compassionate towards patients.

I just recently received a call back from CVS, this was a very rude individual. So I hope you're company has better customer service. This person needs to read the rules

Pharmacy is terrible. Expect to wait a minimum of 30 mins in the drive thru line if you’re lucky. I can not comprehend why this cvs in particular is so slow. I always think maybe it was just a bad day.. nope everytime it’s terrible.

This place is a total joke. The pharmacy has a new policy of not taking phone calls but rather you must leave a message and wait for a return call back. Time to switch to Kroger.

All cvs employees in the pharmacy should unionize. They are running pharmacies with dangerously low staffing levels that are unsafe for employees and for patients. It won't change unless you refuse to do anymore. I feel bad foe thr employees. They are not incompetent, they are overworked and the stores are understaffed! Corporate hire more people. Someone is bound to get hurt.

Tragic, 1st prescription filled there in years, called in Monday morning, stopped by to check if it was ready, pharmacy closes at 1:30 that day "sorry for the inconvenience." Went back Tuesday afternoon, wasn't ready, stopped in today, Thursday, counted 10 people in line, got to the counter, it's still not ready! God help us all!

I am not going to say anything bad about the pharmacy or the service I receive while in the store. Everything has been good.My issue is how things are taken care of from landscaping to trash and junk in the parking lot. To me that says alot about the management at the store. The parking lot and sidewalks need to be swept and cleaned.

Returned a product to the store and the process was flawless. The associates were more than happy to help and make the transaction seem less.

I like this CVS store and am in it whenever I need to purchase things from a CVS store. The people who work there are very helpful and the staff working in the pharmacy are as well.

This place sucks. This is why I go through Kroger's. Still sucks, but less so. These MFERS had us waiting in line just for them to go to lunch. B.s.

Absolutely horrible experience using CVS. Electronic transmissions for prescriptions instead of CVS. Checking on them the day they are to be filled I am expected to call and check to see if they’ve got it filled The other issue I found is if The manufacturer of your prescription is on back order. It’s filled through another manufacture without letting you know there’s an increased in your co-pay that should be the patient’s decision to make. There are way too many pharmacies that actually care about their patients that this is the last place that I will ever ever have my prescriptions filled again
