Would not recommend this store to anyone. It’s a terrible place for any customer and employee. Their pharmacist Pat is an absolutely horrendous person to not only customers but her pharmacy technicians as well. I would give zero stars if possible.

Went to pick up a paid for online order. The "lady" at the register was very loud, rude, abrasive, and spoke over me every time I attempted to speak. So apparently, I waited too long to pick up the order I paid for, and I am too stupid to read the fine print in the email. When I said it hadn't been credited to my account, again stupid because she knew it had. She could not help. Call the 800 number. I can deal with jumping through the hoops but the attitude and interruptions and loud mouth. Or being spoken down to are more than anyone should be exposed to. When calling the 800 number for the refund not received, we will logde a corporate complaint. We wanted to give cvs another try because our aetna healthcare is associated, but the place is run poorly, and no respect is given to those who keep it open.

No one was any help looking for what I needed. And as soon as I walked into the store the only time the cashier that was working at the time. Was the only time she stepped away for a conversation she was having with a non costumer to get on the intercom to tell security to keep a eye on all the cameras. But I guess it's ok for CVS employees to disrespectful and judgemental. I thought most places have a no discrimination rule. But I guess not here at CVS. I will be getting ahold of the CVS corporate. To leave a proper complaint

Called at 6:30pm to see if they could have ONE single prescription filled by 9:00pm. Verbatim response, "Not happening". I asked if they could please fill it the by next day because I was going out of town and needed it....and they hung up on me. If you can help it, go somewhere else. Very rude and mismanaged. Problem, solution. If you don't want to work, don't get a job. Choose Walgreens. If I owned this location, I would fire the entire pharmacy staff.....if they can't fill one prescription in two and a half hours or even by the next day, for someone. This is Newark Ohio, not NYC or Chicago or Milwaukee or even Columbus....and I've lived two out of four of those places....and they could and did fill many prescriptions in that amount of time....and more than one! Exactly how many days notice do they need to fill one prescription? Apparently the answer is two. Ridiculous. The owner must be on a permanently "checked out" vacation, as there is a plethora of similar reviews posted on here. Apparently I need to call the corporate offices about this location as well. Someone needs to do something. I can't imagine what that is like for the elderly. I am sorry ma'am but your life saving Digoxin will just have to wait for two days. Apparently they bet that I was just another u educated hillbilly they could treat badly. They bet wrong.

I gave two stars because some of the people that work there are nice the others not so much but what makes bothers me the most is their makeup is completely expired some with bare shelves trying to give me CVS coupons to buy it and it's disgusting somebody needs to change all the products every single one of them before someone gets an infection and seriously sick I brought it to their attention on more than one occasion and still no change even all these months later here's pictures to explain/prove what I'm saying so gross

Always a good experience here. Staff is friendly and some has worked here for many years. Always a familiar face.

Terrible. Three phone calls, 47 minutes, pharmacy never picked up. Called another CVS, they picked up within 2 minutes. Hung up the phone, East Main pharmacy still had me on hold, 18 minutes later.

They close when they feel like it. Their freezers are never working. They act like the self checkout is a full time employee. No one has been at the register to assist or check people out in months. If you need something from behind the counter, you might as well reach over and grab it yourself. The staff is very rude and they get snippy when you want proper service and not a self checkout. Remove the self check out and make these lazy bums work for their money for once.

The pharmacy employees are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Specifically, Nichole needs training on courtesy and interacting with the public!!! Incredible, considering the existing reviews. My wife and I called the pharmacy to ask a simple question, but was abruptly transferred to a vaccine line. This is a time consuming, automated line and getting a person at the end was no easy task. No surprise, they advised us to call the pharmacy back and Nichole listened to the question this time, when I lead with “please don’t transfer the call without hearing the question”. After sighing and reluctantly looking up a customer record, she hung up while I was mid-sentence. Clearly untrained, unsupervised or simply unable to handle calls or questions. Not an isolated case of the behavior because she was just as rude in person, which I witnessed earlier in the day while at the store. If given a choice, go to another company or store if you want to receive professional service.

What has happened to CVS on East Main! They have decided to go self service only and when something goes wrong, as it does EVERYTIME I go, nobody is there to help. I turned the help light on and waited 5 minutes for someone to come help. I had to go looking throughout the store and when I finally found one employee she acted as though I was a bother to her. No apologies, no customer service, she didn't even say one word. This happens everytime we go. The end of June we are pulling all of our scripts from CVS and will never go here again.

The lady working behind the pharmacy counter is the rudest person I’ve met in my life. I wish CVS would employ friendlier people as unfriendly workers is an issue I encounter quite frequently at CVS’s.
