Few in from New York to buy a truck that was being sold ready to go. Arrived at dealership to find the truck had a cracked windshield (salesman claimed it happed overnight in a open parking lot not under trees or anything). Truck had blown light bulbs, worn out interior buttons you couldn't see what they where for on a 2019 truck that they failed to disclose. So flew out for a truck they claimed was perfect condition just to get a truck that needed $2,500 in work to be safe and legal. Dealership told me the truck was already purchased and nothing they could do as they rushed back inside. And to top it all off less then 5,000 miles later the truck went up into flames driving down the highway and dealer just said that sucks. It was a 2019 gmc 2500hd denali duramax. So nice place if your looking spend about 50k on a truck, put a additional $2,500 into it to fix it so it's safe, then watch it go up in flames 5,000 miles later!

Horrible experience dropped car off Thursday for service called Friday three times to get an update, three messages, No call back. Came in on Saturday. Car was not even looked at. 27 years I have been with GM never had service like this place.

Wasted my time after telling them the maximum monthly I'd be willing to pay. Dakota was friendly, but he left us alone for long periods of time without much explanation as to why. Felt like what I was trying to to express went in one ear, and out the other. Even after informing him we had to leave. He kept trying to convince us to stay for the purchase.

When you spend $46,000 on a truck, you would think the least they could do is give you two keys with it. No, they want to charge you $180 for a second key. They're just as crooked as Mathews Ford used to be.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! We were on a road trip from PA to Cincinnati, and poor workmanship at a shop in PA led to three lug nuts breaking off our wheel. Very dangerous. We called and spoke with Brad in service. We limped the van to them, and 2 1/2 hours later we were totally fixed and back on the road. True professionals!!! You guys saved our trip!!! Not a wonderful place. The vehicles are horrible. Their GM and his underlying walk over females and treat them badly. The entire company is the same.. I petty the females who work for this company. Or go in to try and buy a vehicle. Now their Mechanics, and one of the parts guys Dave. Are wonderful to deal with, only ones who don't look down on the opposite sex.
