So far I've only just brought my car in but I'm already impressed. It's going to take a little work and be in for a little while.The lady who runs the office is really nice. Good communication. Honest expectations given to me.When the mechanic called, they let me know they went over it from bumper to bumper to let me know exactly what it was going to need and even broke it down to which things were more immediate and which things could wait. They let me know what my options would be, taking into account cost as well as time. No pressure at all from the mechanic or the office.Genuinely was given the impression and feeling that they would take care of my car as if I was family. I will update later once work is done but so far I've got the feeling this is going to be my regular mechanic :-)

We have been going to Eric’s complete auto repair for the last few times we’ve had issues with my son’s Envoy. Eric went well above and beyond to get my sons vehicle safe and fixed. He was also able to helps us when we were in the worst jam ever!!! I highly recommend Eric for all your vehicle needs. His work ethic is amazing and the way he cares about his clients safety astounds me. He is aware of my sons diability and is just simply amazing when dealing with him. I've been going to Eric's since I was 17, nobody works on my car but Eric or me. I recently asked for a appointment, but he was booked solid, but he was able to squeeze me in at the last part of the day to get my repairs done regardless. I've never had a issue with poor service or quality, they will tell you the problem and the process to fix it in great detail, Eric is the best mechanic around and his staff is top notch under his leadership.

Workers are nice guys but seem like they only know how to un bolt and bolt up new parts. No problem solving skills and owner is a hot head with zero customer service. Othey replaced my whole front end when I needed washers added to bilstienshocks. Went there today to get my check engine light checked out and they fixed it and I'm so happy to not have that worry. I can't believe just went right to work on it . I highly recommend this place. Those guys are awesome!
