Everything is so pure & fresh, the staff are wonderful. Yesterday was my first day trying this place & the staff was attentive, showed me how it was done & supplied me with the best salad I have ever gotten. I would recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars just isn’t enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I get food from here AT LEAST once a week!Chickie's always has a quirky assortment of candies and sweets, along with their own creations for your sweet tooth!Sub and salads are HUGE and prices VERY competitively.the staff is very friendly and always remembersme and my order! 10/10 WORTH IT EVERY TIMEParking: parking is on the square in Newark.Kid-friendliness: there are old candy machines and some VRERY quirky snacks for kids!Wheelchair accessibility: front door is ground level and accessible for a wheelchair!

My 'go to' lunch in Newark! Love the meats, cheeses, and other items as well.Parking: Free parking around the square and along the side roads. If you are okay walking two+ blocks, there is a free parking garage just south of the southeast corner of the square. Usually can find parking closer though, if not directly in front of the store.

Great pickles -- locally produced. Super daily soup! Local cheeses. Deli fresh sandwiches. Tons of candies. It's a delightful local store right on the town square. Parking is close and free. A great pickup what I forgot when doing business down town or swinging by the public library. Interesting nearby shops, too.

Stopped here a few weeks ago for subs. There were delicious. I just went back and picked up some deli meats and cinnamon rolls. Everything was great and service was fantastic. There are so many different items that you can't find in a typical store.

My wife and I were at the car show. We needed some food to tide us over. We ordered half an Italian sub, chips and a sweet tea. Have to say, really impressed. The sub was amazing. They actuallly toast the bun. The best Italian sub I've had in years. Good quality meats ( a lot of meat), cheese, lettuce and banana peppers. Italian dressing and mayo. You won't be disappointed!!

DELICIOUS!! The best customer service even though I was a complete awkward weirdo. The subs are amazing, rotelli pasta salad delicious. I'm so full I can't even get to the cookies right now! Thank you so much and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Very friendly people and fun shop. Many homemade salads to choose from and sandwiches made to order. Unique food items and drinks to choose from as well. I would recommend Chickie’s.
