I had MAJOR issues with my shop and getting my OWN vehicle on the correct date. I had to come back to the rental agency twice to rent TWO different cars. BOTH times I was provided amazing service and the store manager Amanda could not have been friendlier or more professional.

“Very nice people and no problems with my reservation. Got back to drop car off and my car had a flat tire. The gentleman working was so nice and aired my tire up for me, so I didn't have to wait 2 hours on a tow truck. I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a car.”

“This location has wonderful staff who helped me right on the spot in getting into a rental!! I called and spoke to someone at the call center (not at this location) to schedule a rental pick up at this location. However, when I arrived, they had nothing in the system of the lady setting up the reservation for me. Without hesitation the gentlemen that was helping me went above and beyond to make sure that I was still able to get into something that best suited my needs! I will absolutely be going back to this location if I ever need another rental!!”
