I’ve never been sticker shocked by their prices, in fact I’m usually shocked that their prices are notably cheaper than everyone else. Recently purchased a fifth wheel here, told the gentleman at the counter I’d be there in a couple days and he held it in good faith till I could come get it, a part that had plenty of interest and could’ve been sold 5 times over- that may not seem like a big deal to most, but when you’re down over a part and someone comes through for you it means it all! 10/10 would always recommend.”

“The shop was very busy. Standard oil change and tire rotation. I also had them do a check of brakes and rotors. All good. A newer salesman Kenny DeSantis came out and said hi ( that’s the second time he’s done that ) to everyone in the lounge area and engaged in a short conversation. Got his card and I’ll remember that next time I’m in the market. Best of all , I used my Cadillac points to pay for everything. Happy Camper!!”

“Outstanding assistance. We didn't know why both our headlights went out one after another. We suspected that fuses were blown. Bree knew figured out exactly which fuses, but first we decided to just check the headlamps first. Bree came out in the cold to help. When we saw that the sockets had deposits, Bree helped to clean them and helped replace the lamps. Can't thank her and her assistant Gavin enough for all the help! Now that's what we call old-fashioned customer service! Rare!!”

“I’m blown away! The service center at Columbiana Cadillac is incredible! I worked with Clay who was amazing but got to interact with several other employees and the were all absolutely wonderful. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond! The oil change included a tire rotation and car wash. They also checked over everything and found a leak in my tire. They even fixed it for free since since it wasn’t something I was expecting. When I got to my car, I was surprised with a nice bottle of ice cold water on this hot, humid day. This is customer service to the max and I am officially a lifetime customer! Thank you Columbiana Cadillac!”
