“Personally, the only place I choose to go to fix things or do check ups on my car.
The few times I've been (so far at least as of this review with more to come as needed) I've had very good experiences. Great staff. Very honest compared to other shops with the *real* work that needs done. Even will check other Shops "suggestions" and will be upfront on saying if you need it done or not. I respect it. Warns of wait times and even if you do wait at/in the shop they will update you on the process.
Prices I feel are very fair for parts, labor, and just overall.
The staff is very polite and will make sure you're taken care of. Even as a younger woman I don't feel like I'm being talked down on or anything. Because that happens sadly with other shops and whatnot. But here I'm just any other customer and it's great.
No issues on things I've had done to my car so far, and even if there was I feel like I'd be taken care of no problem. Insurance on parts for 2 years I believe as well.
Rather than taking my word and others for it I'd say make an appointment for yourself and have your own judgements afterwards.

“Atkinsons was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. They are so friendly. They schedule your appointment quickly. Everything is explained and all questions are answered. Prices are very reasonable. Also if the repairs are going to take a few hours, the offer to take you home and come back and pick you up was available.

“i had the oil change in my 2013 Yukon on Wednesday by Saturday it was leaking oil with it being a holiday weekend i had to wait to call and get it looked at i called on the next business day and they got me in and corrected the problem which was a loose oil filter and they also found 2 loose spark plugs and fixed them also at no cost thank you for your prompt attention to my problem”

The place we found close by to replace them failed to balance them and Jason offered to help us after hearing our story and was so generous. He had no reason to help us out but he did and we’re so grateful! We’ll definitely be back when we need more work done to our vehicles!”

“They were a quick in and out for $40 for an oil change, which in my experience is reasonable. I won't give 5 stars though because of 1) the smoking even though technically it's an open space but not enough for that 2) the name of the place gets you to think it is a valvoline, but when i tried to use a valvoline coupon they said they aren't affiliated”

“I wrecked my car and spent three weeks looking for a replacement. I finally ended up at Jerry Haag Motors. I found a car but it wasn't what I was expecting to buy. However, once I drove it (a Buick Enclave), I knew I was taking it home. There were a few issues but Steve Haag, the general manager, ensured they were fixed before I took the car home. One of the things I found that impressed me was the friendliness of everyone I encountered at the dealership; something I didn't experience anywhere else. It was a car buying experience that I truly enjoyed.”

“These guys did great to fit me in before we left for vacation. We thought we had front wheel bearing issues and I had purchased them myself and didn't have time to do it. These guys diagnosed the fronts were fine but 1 rear was bad. They also replaced 2 tires because a wear, getting us road worthy before vacation. Much appreciated their thoroughness and honesty.”

“I stand by the service offered at WAC! I've been a loyal customer for years and am now on my 2nd car that I've brought here. I've never purchased a car here but I know they have some great sales people too!I could go on and on about how Stu and his team took care of me when I had a van. They went out of their way to assist me even when it wasn't necessary! Now that I've changed vehicles, I've changed teams but Kelly and crew are just as great!Just waiting in the customer area is a treat. Nice coffee, pop and snacks offered for free, WiFi and comfy chairs all make the waiting experience better. I've also had WAC take me to work when I dropped my car off for service and they picked me up at the end of the day to get my car back. 10/10 for service and care!! Can't recommend enough!!!”

“Smyth in Wilmington has the very best manager ever , since they have been therePurchased rotors out of town was given the wrong rotors .But only taking care of me at minimum he went well beyond and did the with the exchange of a better rotor and took the time to research why the wrong part . “I'm sharing this for my grandmother, Colleen.I originally visited Gerber's to receive an estimate where someone had hit the front end of my car. Heather Fouch came out to look at it and then went in to get one of the guys. He came out and checked over the damage before fixing everything right there. He even went as far as to take off my license place and fixed the damage to that as well. I was expecting to have to do a claim through my insurance, but they were so incredibly kind and helpful and fixed everything without doing an insurance claim. I highly recommend their services and I thank them for taking care of me.”
