My exp had been great till now, I ordered a Model T Radiator tube- paid $ 120 for Overnight - NO TUBE-- NO call . when I called in to customer service ( 8am monday) - I got no follow up end of day monday and when I called on TUES 8am I was told by same person " well UPS didnt call me back yet" what, 8 hrs and you dont follow up with them > you dont figure out a better way to handle this ( maybe ship it out again, ask for a new address or optional ship to - which by the way was in my account ( 2) addressses I can get parts at ) ....... I was made to feel like I was in the wrong... what has happened to GREAT customer service... THAT BEING SAID-- my every other experience was great. But this was a critical need for a DRIVE this coming SAT, and I expressed that when I called them to inquire about PARTS and UPS issues... ( 3 stars is better than 1, 1 is what I would give this exp) but giving them credit for the other good expereinces.

I am pleased to have a place to get parts for my model T. Good selection. When selecting parts it will tell you if it fits your vehicle. Not totally accurate. I’m getting a few parts (expensive) that don’t fit.
