I thought Dave was nice as well until I caught him in my room the the red house where breakfast is. Was crawling with bed bugs. Mold in every room in white b&b.the fat drunk that is his spouse is an embarrassment to herself and children. Nasty nasty

We have stayed multiple times over the last 5 years. Always pleasant, always nice to have an interesting conversation with Dave over breakfast. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to stay the Greater Cincinnati.

David is an excellent and entertaining host. Our room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was substantial and good. However, the air conditioner in our room barely worked and from time to time it stunk like hot mildew. It was so bad we turned it off at night and dealt with the heat and humidity using the ceiling fan. My biggest complaint is the fleas. I had bites all over my legs. I finally started wearing insect repellent when I was in the room.

What an amazing experience. From the beautiful scenes of the Ohio river just outside, to the wonderful storytelling during breakfast, Susanna’s Guest House was a perfect backdrop for a local weekend retreat. We will be returning for our anniversary.

This is a very cool old Victorian, authentic wit a few modern touches. If you are into historical places this is for you. The king bed was comfortable but when the sun comes up you know it. Coffee was brought to the room, real cane sugar, so bring splenda if you need it. I would definately stay here again.
