I have delt with Scott and his crew alot of times. He is very honest with his automobiles. If I have a problem, he is helping out to fix the problem. I love going there. I also bought my son a car their. Thank you Scott and crew.

Everytime I see my van just sitting in my backyard I cry. Why did he do this to me? $2500 for a car that only ran for 28 days. I feel lost I can't get a job I have no more money I have to walk everywhere with my 8 month old. I just don't understand why people are so cruel and dishonest. What did I do to deserve this from him? How do I just eat 2500 and what do I do with a van that won't run?

buying a car from new Richmond auto sales was the best thing we could’ve ever done while purchasing a used vehicle. Scott and his team were very honest and helpful when we found a small oil leak in on the car, Scott had his mechanic change the valve cover gasket before we purchase the vehicle, Scott and his team over exceeded my expectations. Are Scott you just gained a customer for life, thanks for everything!!

Scott will always get my business. He's taken very good care of both me and wife for the last few years and we're both extremely happy with both of our vehicles. Scott goes above and beyond for his customers and not to mention Dennis and Kim both do a fantastic job of cleaning and working on anything that may need fixed. I've also sent my other vehicle to him a couple of times for upgrades and repairs and they've always done it quickly and professionally. His prices on vehicles are on point and he's always been honest and upfront which is hard to find these days with a used vehicle salesman.

Great experience with Scott this morning. He was offering a used Toyota Corolla with low mileage at a fair price. Quick and haggle-free process. I was out the door in probably 15 minutes for less. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would highly recommend!
