“NOTICE: They do not accept all Amazon returns. Only if you have the specific option on Amazon to return to a Staples can you actually use Staples. I would love to use Staples for returns for our business/personal, as they are nicer than the UPS Store. ?Anyways, LOVE this Staples and I’ve used many locations. The only annoyance is that certain products (Apple brand chargers, etc.) have certain anti-theft devices that can only be removed by tech department employees and not cashiers. So, you have to awkwardly wait at the register until someone at tech is available to take the product in the back and use their special tool to remove it. Pretty annoying. Cashiers should be able to remove anything.”
