Only stopped at shell because fuel rewards. I had $3.75 off a gallon. They took my fuel rewards and some how charged me $6.99 a gallon. I Spoke with customer service over the issue. I guess this shell is privately owned... I wont be doing business here ever again..**Speed perks and fuel rewards do not work at this gas station..**

I needed a ride, paid for a ride to get to this gas station which says it closes at 11 pm. I was there at 1030pm and the door was locked smh. I called of course no one answered just the fax machine came on. 3 other people came while I was knocking on the door. The owners vehicle was sitting there but wouldn't answer the door. Bad Business. If you want your store closed at 1030 and not 11 then put it on your door

Rude employees , flipped me off multiple times ... kicked me out of store even after I gave my id ...cussed me out and continued to flip me off also I saw bugs crawling on the floor and walls. Dirty place ... I would stay far away from this place.

I came in and tried to buy $9 worth of gas, the clerk rang me up for $4 and wouldn't take my $5 roll of dimes. I mentioned that I counted it twice so I know there's $5 there but he said I have to count it out on the counter. I said no its ok I'll just do the $4 and the clerk (his name is Roman) says to me "get the f*** out." Wow who does that very unprofessional!

My boyfriend and I went in to get 10$ of gas, the place looked sketchy upon entering, and after pumping the 10 in gas and turning the car back on we found that NO has had been put into our car. My boyfriend went back in to confront the cashier only to be called a liar and told that the pump did give him gas. We will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint against this establishment with corporate and the better business bureau. Do not get anything from this store, if I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and shouldn't have happened. We should have been compensated.

My experience at this shell gas station has been nothing short of atrocious. I have often found employees rude and uncaring towards the needs of customers. The station itself is often poorly staffed, and those employees who do show up often do so while failing to maintain their stations, uniforms, or any form of professionalism while on the job. I will not be returning even if I have no fuel left in my tank!!!

I popped a tire so I pulled into this gas station to wait for AAA to come change it and they said if my car was there for more than 30 minutes they were calling the cops. Absolutely awful customer service

If I could give less than one star I would not sure if they were having a bad day or not either way the customer service if you can even call it that was absolutely uncalled for.
