I would like to start off by saying the staff was very friendly. Now that being said, I thought it was a little over priced. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but no better than anyplace else I have stayed for less. I usually make my decision on where to stay based on if they have continental breakfast and , I was a bit disappointed with the selection at breakfast. Again, I've stayed at less expensive hotels in the immediate vicinity and there were scrambled eggs and sausage with breakfast in addition to the waffle maker and cereal. Like I said, not a bad place, just a little less than what I expected.
Walkability: It is walking distance to an awesome Mexican restaurant!

Staff was great and accomadating. Clean rooms. Plenty of choices on breakfast. Pool,hottub and sauna were a great way to unwind for the family after a long day.
Rooms: Very comfortable.

It isn't what it used to be unfortunately the beds are super uncomfortable basically just springs with thin padding on it our room was located next to the wind turbine which caused a flickering affect in the window in the evening which was annoying we went down to the pool while we was there other guest where obnoxious and basically screwing in the hot tub so we went back to our room to use the jacuzzi which was nice but it lacked any rails to grab to get out so it's kinda awkward to get out.The room was super clean and well stocked front desk staff was very nice including house keeping but I don't think we will be returning.

Loved this hotel! It was so clean and very nice! The breakfast was great! The pool area was wonderful! Highly recommend for a great nights stay! And Jay, was wonderful and so friendly checking us in!

We stayed over New Years. Everything was clean. Service was fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast was good. We were surprised to be giving a pork and sourcrout dinner new years eve. We will stop there next trip to New Philadelphia for sure. I suggest everyone should.

The hot tub is covered and looks like it likely won’t be operational. Picked hotel because only one with a hot tub. No hot tub. This should be noted on the website. The Pub should not be listed as a restaurant anywhere, it’s just for alcohol from what I can tell. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bread products, and some days there were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches but not all. uncomfortable beds. There are better options in town.Rooms: Room serviced regularly. Beds uncomfortable. Clean. Looked like someone recently tried to make them nicer.Food & drinks: Little fridge of sandwiches and yogurt for breakfast only stocked every few days. If you like waffles you’re good. If you don’t, not much for breakfast here. Everywhere has hot breakfast now, including every other hotel on the same road.

The hotel staff is very accommodating, they work with you and meet your every need. We love using this location. The only problem we have had is the last few times we have been here the hot tub has not been working. The indoor pool is great, but it was a little on the cool side to use. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy very well kept easy to maneuver wheelchair and walkersRooms: Rooms are very clean and tidy well maintainedNearby activities: Close to shopping and restaurantsWalkability: Can easily walk to restaurants and stores within a mileFood & drinks: Typical free Continental breakfast, but very well maintained and fresh. Drinks for the most part are available 24/7. what is not available in the hotel is available through Uber, delivery, or within walking distance. Pub also on location is very accommodating

First and foremost, the employees were all extremely friendly, helpful, and always professional. The pool was open but the hot tub, sauna, and the treadmill was not operational. They have plans to make repairs which will require closing the pool.The front desk staff were constantly mopping the floor at the entrance. The Inn was clean and looked as if recently painted. Breakfast was nice and rather than providing eggs, potatoes, etc, they provided individual wrapped breakfast sandwiches what were easily warmed up in the microwave. I am all for this as it wastes less food. Juice, coffee, and other items were also available. My room was good, only some minor issues but it's hard to find rooms that don't anymore. The important items were fine which is a clean room and a clean and comfortable bed.The rate was reasonable and the Inn is close to the interstate. There are also a few restaurants close as is a Walmart store. The parking lot was well lit and appeared safe. I had no concerns during my stay.I will certainly be back when I am in this area and the customer service was some of the best I have experienced in a while at a hotel or motel.

The room was very nice and attractive. Loved the furniture and spaciousness of the room. The staff were also very professional and helpful. We will definitely return. New management should be given a chance. We sure will!

I don’t post reviews but this place was awesome. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I want to emphasize the staff that was there this morning was by far the best service I have ever received! I am from the other side of the country and was a little lost but they went above and beyond to help me find a way to get to my next destination when 3 ride shares canceled on me. The staff gets a 12/10 from me!
