Absolutely worst and slowest branch I’ve ever been to !!! Stopped on a Saturday morning and no one in the lobby or drive through . Went through drive through to get cash out and literally sat there for 20 mins!! But let’s close other branches that are actually decent …..Ridiculous !!!

Branch manager is a giant B. If PNC cares about their image and reputation as bad as it is, they should fire her. Don't move her locations, she'll just infect that new branch. Naomi, the people have listened and seen the type of person you are.

I saw a video of the manager trying to throw her perceived authority at a guy on the sidewalk, then calls the cops on him for photography. Doesn't sound like a bank that I would do business with.

The manager Naomi is a nosy biddiebody who confronts people taking pictures outside the bank ON THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK, then complains because she appears in their video.Hot tip Naomi, stay inside the bank, pull the curtains, and be more concerned with your lapse in customer service.

Naomi the branch manager has no concept about photography in public or the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. I wouldn’t trust my money here it wouldn’t be prudent.

Do NOT bank here Emily will freeze your account and steal your money after your first direct deposit. Do not go here. Emily will steal your money after looking your card. Never again will I deal with a bank. Thanks Emily for destroying all trust. F.U.

Do not go to this branch if you e moved away from Ohio at any time and then come back and have the nerve to ask for YOUR money in YOUR account. Protect of iD is understandable but refusing to do anything to verify your ID is horrible customer service!!

in the banking world friendliness from tellers is how you bring customers back. this bank needs to offer more items annnuities & more. This not a great bank. on a scale from 1 to 5. , 1. The reason is rudeness end of discussion.
