They charge customers to fix their mistakes and shortcomings. They must need income b/c management could not admit to their mistakes and felt it was necessary to charge the customer to fix them.

They are mostly a corporate IT department, however they have lost many of their major customers. They also have moved across the street, & up the hill, so now no one can find them.
