“Very kind and very thorough. I rented a U-Haul and picked it up at spare parts storage. I used the app for part of the pickup process and the gentleman that checked me in and gave me the walk around was very patient with me while I checked everything versus the pictures on the app. He gave me some tips on driving a large truck and told me if I needed anything to let them know. The truck ran great I was able to do everything I needed to do. I was very impressed to see that the 20 foot truck came with a built-in ramp that made things so much easier with the dolly we were using. I dropped it off and put the keys in the dropbox. I called the next day just to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed to do and they were very polite once again. I would definitely recommend spare parts storage!”
