“After completing several medical procedures recently under the supervision of my Aultman Medical Group doctors, I received this morning my CPAP equipment for home use from Richard's Medical here in New Phila, Ohio. I was quite anxious during my sleep study procedures given the somewhat negative publicity regarding sleep assist technology. Rob, the therapist from Richard's Medical, visited me here at my residence earlier today and set up the equipment tailored to my own unique breathing requirements. He even had me test the equipment under his close supervision. Rob's calm attitude, professional demeanor and conscientious diligence removed what anxities I had regarding the use of this very patient-friendly equipment.
