First world complaints:
No coffee filter holder in room, AC was loud, garbage truck shows up around 0600 and hangs around about ten minutes or so. He bangs his big metal percussion drum for a while, beeps a lot and slowly leaves. No honors welcome or bottle of water.
Great location! Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I would return if I had to.

We stayed at this hotel 7/6/24. There were a block of rooms rented out for a nearby wedding. They had an issue with their "key machine" - we later found out that this Hotel issued Master Keys to some of the guest (ours included) and this key would not only open our room, but several other rooms.
When I tried to contact the Manager of the hotel, I was ignored for 2 weeks straight. I called daily, was told he wasn't there....or would be in tomorrow. I also emailed more than once.....Again no response.
The manager, Raj, obviously knows nothing about Guest Services and isn't worried about Security at this Hotel.

I was very disappointed in the room size. There was no microwave. There is no updating of facilities. The free breakfast is an amenity I liked but few items for my family. We are vegan and vegetarians. There was no morning star sausage, no almond or soy milk. Hampton Inn needs to catch up to diets for a lot of people today. They could be known as a place that caters to vegan/veggie diet.
Walkability: There is a Walmart nearby. Gas stations and fast food in walking distance. New Philly's quaint downtown is walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants.

It’s your average hotel, we stayed there for a wedding. There was a hole in the wall of our room. It’s a good location with a sheetz, Starbucks, and dive bar across the street. Average breakfast served

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The location was perfect. The river was right there off the parking lot. I think they are remodeling this location. It needs some supervision as things aren't quite square or fit and finish need attention. Low bid maybe?
Walkability: There are stores and food surrounding this location with a Texas Roadhouse right off the parking lot. A Sheetz gas station is at the entrance as well. Walmart is across the street with other great stores in walking distance.

Excellent hotel, the pool was a little cold and the breakfast was a little sparse but other than that, great stay!Food & drinks: Close to Texas Roadhouse and Sheetz (both walkable distance) close to 3-4 other drivable restaurants (must cross main road)

Booked and checked in online via App and picked out my own room. Got keys and didn’t work 3x. Had to go back down to lobby 3x to finally get assigned a new room.Long days, tired, and took forever to get access to a room I booked.Hotel manager: you should be embarrassed by this incident. This is nowhere near acceptable.

Disappointment. Luke warm shower, funky smell in room, no shampoo in shower. The beds looked like who ever made them was in a hurry. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they made no concessions or attempt to remedy. Front desk did not offer diamond member perks at check in. This hotel is not managed well, Not up to par with Hilton.
