Attention! Do not buy a car from Foreign Hills auto sales or Bob Wenger!
He will make you feel like he is doing you a huge favor only in turn to screw you over completely! (I was purchasing my first vehicle after being down with epilepsy and unable to drive for two years) I would give this business zero stars if it were an option. I would also like to note that many of the reviews left on his Facebook page as well as Google have been falsified by relatives and friends.

Bob at Foreign Hills ripped me off from the beginning with extra made up fees and a car (2012 Subaru Outback) that I had to put additional money into because of existing hidden issues he was well aware of. Although he guaranteed that this was going to be a great vehicle for myself and to transport my grandchild in. Also talking me out of buying a warranty and promising to “take good care of me”. Bob knows what he paid for this car at auction and the work that was put into piecing it together with parts he already had from his salvage yard by a backyard mechanic. To put it into perspective, he is like Matilda‘s father. (you’ll piece together any car with anything just to get a dollar) He is a crook! He refused to take a settlement offered by my insurance company after it was vandalized and deemed a total loss. It would have paid off the value of this car and put him above his original listing price of $5900. Minus all of the made up fees! Instead he jacked up the price for the payout from the insurance company to nearly $4500. Even though I’ve paid over half of what the asking price was. He stopped communicating with me when I called him on his nonsense after I witnessed his backyard mechanic doing shady things to my vehicle when it was at his shop getting “repairs”! He then blocked me from communicating with him. Proceeding to go through my father and make rude comments and threats. (My stepfather is a former employee of Bob ‘s, who had previously stopped working for him or doing business with him because of being ripped off by not getting paid for work done). I should have listened to his warning when he told me to be cautious buying anything from Bob at Foreign Hills. Although I was in a pinch, just starting back to work and being able to drive again. After being taken advantage of by Bob, my car was vandalized by a being, who has never had to be accountable for their own actions and acted petty out of spite. (A person who I now have a protection order against and Bob has been in communication with them). I have learned a grave lesson here! Do not trust so freely. There are people in this world that will take advantage of you when you are down and push you down further for their own gain. Because it is my only option and I am pushing to make a full recovery from the effect this illness has had on my life, I will stay locked into payments on a vehicle that Bob is making close to $4,500 over book value on and drive it around with all of the damage.
I put $3200 down on a car that was marked at $5,900. After Bob tacked on a bunch of mystery fees, my principal balance after my deposit and two payments of $300 was left at $4,585.91 (yes, folks you’ve heard that right I’ve only owned this car for 3 months)
The insurance settlement after the $1500 deductible and salvage title buyback fees ($819.63) would be $2,183.84.(need I mention the title on this vehicle is already salvage.)
Add those together, and this is the total amount that Bob would receive for the car.
$5,983.84
His original asking price $5900!
Fellow consumers, take this as a grave warning for how this man does business!

I had some issues making payments towards the end of my contract and they worked with me so I was able to keep my car. I will always buy from there. Bob was so kind and understanding.

TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE... IT IS REFRESHING TO FIND A CAR DEALER WHO PRAYS FOR THE RIGHT VEHICLE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER... I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR THAT REASON.. JESUS AND BOBHAVE NAILED IT EVERY SINGLE TIME I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HIM... GOD BLESS BOB AND DONNA AND ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ???❤️

Bob and his team are friendly, helpful, and very understanding. They got us the vehicle we needed, for what we wanted to pay. We felt like we were with family. When it comes time for me to get another vehicle it will be another Subaru from foreign hills and from Bob.

we bought our daughter's Honda civic there and will continue to buy cars here. They were so nice and the prices are great for those of us who don't have a lot of money. He has nice and reliable cars. Great place, check it out!!

I bought a car here for 1200 dollars it was a 94 Honda sedan. There was a mixup with the title for a bit but eventually it was all worked out. You can't beat the prices here. If you are a handy person and want to snag a good deal this is a nice place to check out. He buys some really nice cars.
