Stopped by to get my granddaughter's school shoes. She found a pair of Nikes she really liked and they had her size. Customer service was great, we needed to try out a few sizes. My daughter sign up for the rewards program so she can start earning points. Store looked cleaned and have many options.

John helped me find the perfect shoes for my 12 hour shifts. He was very knowledgeable about the different models they had in the store and helped me try on several to find the right fit. I went to every shoe store in the mall and Finishline was the only place that was willing to listen to my specific needs!

My daughter and I visited today (12/28/20) around 6. The two associates working seemed to be working on inventory. I had to ask for assistance after being ignored for about five minutes. The associate seemed bothered by us. It’s a shame, because we were prepared to buy a $120.00 pair of Nikes.

Really disappointed with the costumer service the sales staff was extremely rude to my mother while she was trying to find a pair of shoes for my sister's birthday they yelled at her for looking at the same desplay more than once while shaking her finger at my mother
