Since I have been taking my car and truck to ferris body shop to Cory ,he has treated me with the most up front respect and importance of making sure my vehicles are down in a timely manner .he has always called me to update me on the progress of them and it's a good feeling to see peepole like that care bout their customers.
I since then.have been dealing with the service department Mr Phil the service manger ,he is a bog part of ferris in the service department, they should be honored to have such a smart minded guy that respects his employees but also values his customers. I only trust them two people to take my stuff to because they honest, respectful,caring and they go out of their way to make sure that you matter first .so thanks guys .

The maintenance on our 2012 Prius was up to date and I was surprised when the "Maintenance Required" notice flashed on the dashboard. Bret Cooper, my service advisor did a quick check and concluded the tech at another shop in another city failed to reset the notification. But he offered to give the car a once over before our return trip to Washington State. His team found two dirty filters and suggested new wiper blades. I love easy answers, extra effort and getting back on the road quickly. Thank you Ferris Toyota.

The service department came to my rescue. Their prompt service took care of my punctured tire, due to the fact tomorrow I was driving to Georgia. Thank you Ferris!!! My car will be ready the trip tomorrow.
