I brought my car in to have the heating/cooling unit programmed/calibrated because my heat hasn't worked since I bought the car July 2021. I paid $115 for the unit to be programmed/calibrated and the heat worked for 4 minutes as I drove away and then stopped working. I turned around and went back to the dealership and was told I would need to pay for a new diagnostic appointment and was offered no help or any reimbursement of any kind. This isn't the first issue I've had with Ferris. This was my first purchase of a car and I've had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I would sell the car if I could but I'd never feel comfortable selling the car to someone knowing all the issues it has.

Recently purchased a car from Ferris. Had it 2 1/2 months. The oil light flickered on the dash. When husband checked it. It didn't have ANY oil in it! The oil change sticker they put in car, said next oil change wasn't due for another 5,000 miles! Not an oil leak to be found. Motor was pristine! They never put oil in it when they did their oil change! They wanted us to pay $100 to hook it up for a diagnosis. Then pay for the repair, of replacing the motor! All out of OUR pocket of course! Never again will I use Ferris for anything! And I'm warning everyone I know, not to go there!

It’s the worst place on Earth to buy a vehicle if you want a lemon go there they will hook you up with one . Had vehicle 6 months junk now it’s been a year can’t trade it in because they had the price so high in value that no one can help us... NEVER AGAIN will you get us next time we buy 2 cars at the same time we will be taking our business elsewhere bottom line...

I will not take my car to Ferris again. They replaced my brakes and I had problems w them since they put them on. After several visits and more money they ended up telling me that Toyota dosent warranty their parts and it's my fault my brakes have made noise since day 1 bc I brake too hard. Terrible service dept!

It was great me and my girlfriend got a 2014 Durango from there and they did everything they could to get us in that vehicle. Very nice and helpful employees it's the first place I recommend if I know somebody's looking for a vehicle. We're in love with this Durango thank you guys

They LOVE to play games with the financing, make you wait hours and come back with outlandish request for thousands of dollars needed to buy a car! Little did they know I was previously approved and knew what my Interest rate would be along with payment through my own bank, and they tried doubling the Interest rate! This place needs to stop playing games with people, hence the reason why people travel out of town to buy cars!

They are shady and a complete waste of time. They have a little kid selling cars that will waste your time. We had a problem with a vehicle we test drove and waited almost a week. Gary Miller lied to us and said it was fixed. It wasn't! Left front has metal on metal squealing and the front right has metal on metal grinding. I told the sales manager and he had the nerve to say he was trying to help me out! Do not buy from this dealership!

After multiple problems with my Ford I ventured to Ferris. There I found a 2500 Silverado that fit my bill perfectly. Regardless of being happy with my trade in offer and purchase price of my new to me truck I would like to say thank you to the staff. Travis Metzger, Tom Jennings, Pat Ferris, and Brian Standiford along with the finance and service staff made it a wonderful buying experience with excellent follow up.
