On a recent trip to New Phila. from Kansas City, Missouri, our 2013 Chevy Equinox started acting up. We were only in town for my High School Reunion which ment 2 days max. The Service dept squeezed us in saying the repair should take about 3 hours. We had the wife's Emotional Support Dog with us which did not present any problems. The service dept was even kind enough to have a driver take us to a local restaurant and drop us off for Breakfast, then return to pick us up. Ferris Chevrolet went the extra mile and their service was impressive. KUDO'S Ferris, your doing it right.

I just moved to Tuscarawas County 7 weeks ago. Unfortunately, a few days ago my 2012 Malibu wouldn't start, and a local trusted mechanic suggested I take it to a dealer, as he could not diagnose the problem. I did some research and took a shot with Ferris. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and, most of all, the repair. And their estimate was fair for the problem discovered ...with the final cost being significantly less as well. Very good dealer/service.Service: Engine repair

I brought my car in to have the heating/cooling unit programmed/calibrated because my heat hasn't worked since I bought the car July 2021. I paid $115 for the unit to be programmed/calibrated and the heat worked for 4 minutes as I drove away and then stopped working. I turned around and went back to the dealership and was told I would need to pay for a new diagnostic appointment and was offered no help or any reimbursement of any kind. This isn't the first issue I've had with Ferris. This was my first purchase of a car and I've had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I would sell the car if I could but I'd never feel comfortable selling the car to someone knowing all the issues it has.

Recently purchased a car from Ferris. Had it 2 1/2 months. The oil light flickered on the dash. When husband checked it. It didn't have ANY oil in it! The oil change sticker they put in car, said next oil change wasn't due for another 5,000 miles! Not an oil leak to be found. Motor was pristine! They never put oil in it when they did their oil change! They wanted us to pay $100 to hook it up for a diagnosis. Then pay for the repair, of replacing the motor! All out of OUR pocket of course! Never again will I use Ferris for anything! And I'm warning everyone I know, not to go there!

I just bought bought my 4th vehicle from Ferris today and I have always liked how honest, loyal, and how they put their customers first. We don’t even live in new philly but it is worth the extra miles to due great service. Great dealership all the way around!
