Manager Holly was very rude. I go to the store very often and every time she is working she has been RUDE. If you're working in customer service and you hate your job that bad then you should probably switch jobs . ?

DO NOT DROP OFF FEDEX PACKAGES HERE. THE WOMAN UP FRONT IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. WAS TOLD PACKAGE WAS OVER WEIGHT LIMIT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY 20LBS. MAX WEIGHT LIMIT IS 55LB

The one woman that works days very rude and will not be going back and bad part is I think she is the manager
