HORRIBLE service, I used them to install a windshield in my Acura they installed it but did not put my remote start back on the windshield after they argued with me saying it was "non-factory". After talking with my Allstate agent he told me it didn't matter they were supposed to fix it. Also the windshield LEAKED, and then they made me drive to NORTH CANTON to have my windshield fixed by one of their "better" techs. I spend almost two days of my life on the phone and waiting/driving to N Canton so they could fix something they screwed up. Not only will I NEVER use Advance I will make sure to tell everyone my HORRIBLE experience with them.
