“Have been to this location a handful of times. Staff has always been helpful and friendly!The young woman working here went out of her way to help me figure out how to ship a very awkward shaped item.. even explained how to cut a huge box down to fit it, so I wouldn't be charged an astronomical amount.Reading the 1 star reviews made me "iffy" about using this location, but I'm glad I did and got to experience the friendliness and helpfulness first hand. I definitely didn't have any issues with any of the staff here.”

“The Columbiana USPS Office is awesome. Great service and products. The staff members work super fast and are outgoing and friendly. If I have a lot of Poshmark packages to ship out, I always drop them off here. This is very convenient, and they get them out right away, which is helpful for my business. It is a cute little office and has lots of shipping supplies. I highly recommend the Columbiana USPS Office!”

“I stopped in on 10/13/23(after I had a scheduled appointment for a passport at another location( Canfield post office ) to make a long story short . That day the Canfield ladies working that day were incredibly rude to me and cancelled my appointment bc apparently they said I took too long filling out my paperwork! I took off work for this…not to mention this was my 2nd visit /appt but was denied my passport bc the Canfield people gave me the wrong paperwork to fill out ! Anyways , after the worst customer service possible , I took a chance and showed up in Poland ! The two people working that day were so kind and understood my frustration and was willing to help me without an appointment ! I now have my passport in hand after a couple attempts . To the man and woman working in Poland that day !!!!! Thank you !!! your kindness matters! Your customer service matters ! I appreciate you both more than you know ! The. Canfield office made me literally leave there in tears! You guys totally helped me and deserve all the gold starts for top notch customer service . I took off work that day, have a young child at home and the stress the Canfield off caused me cannot even be described into words . I am thankful for the staff in Poland.”

“I contacted this location to track a package that said could not be delivered. This was an error, however I was able to speak with someone very promptly and they identified the problem immediately. Fortunately they were able locate the package and get it out for delivery that same day. So, although there was a sorting error made, they were able to rectify it quickly and were very pleasant in the process. Thank you!”

“Great job delivering the mail. Our regular mail person hasn't been delivering our mail. It's been really late but we got it. Mail person dropped a piece of very important mail in the street and it was addressed to me. I was walking my dog and found it. Also I put mail out to be picked up....gave me mail but left my outgoing mail. Your subs cannot hold a candle to our regular mail person.”
