Finding a new nail tech is always challenging! But Heather put my mind at ease the minute I walked into the salon! She was very punctual and made me extremely comfortable. She was very thorough and I was very pleased with her work! Would highly recommend her!! Will reschedule!

I'm not sure why this place has such high ratings. Heidi was always late for my appointments, (yes, I gave her more than one chance) and charges more than other salons, yet I didn't feel I got anything for that extra charge. She seemed more interested in her new purchase of a new nail dryer and things for her salon than she did that I was a brand new customer. Thank goodness I just needed a new place while my regular manicurist was on maternity leave. I don't usually post reviews, but felt more people should be made aware of her misleading 5 star reviews. Pamper Nails and Spa on 50th across from George and the Dragon is cleaner and more professional.

Perfectly Polished had five star reviews, so I had high expectations. Very disappointed by the lack of interest in my wants or ideas. Really hope future first time customers will be treated more generously.
