“Let me start by saying, "Quality products".I went in for the advertised sale on the Baby back Ribs and 10 lb. Russet Potatoes and found even more savings... chunk cheeses, butter, cream cheese, Pillsbury cake mix, etc. I went on a weekday because last time I went on a weekend it was crazy busy.”
“Someone mentioned the same as Walmart. No way, they only sell top notch brands that cost a little more, but they are worth it. I love the store. I’m from NYC and it reminds me of some of the small Italian stores backhome.”

It literally made me want to get on here and leave a review! I believe his name was Mark. What a wonderful experience dealing with such a nice person from Youngstown. You will have our business anytime we need dry ice! Thank you!”

“Have 5 stars for their homemade Italian bread at their bakery. It's still the same low price and good quality. Walmart is more $$, smaller, and not as good.”
“The produce is pretty good here, some of it priced pretty good. Most items I bought were priced below Walmart. Whole milk and Half n Half were both priced higher than Walmart!!!”

“This is a lovely, fully stocked Indian grocery store. The reason for only 3 stars is that, though it's stated that it's open at 11:00 every day, it often isn't. Today we're here on a Saturday at 11:45 and it's closed. It's hit or miss.Updated: I changed the review to 5 stars because I called the store and left a message. The owner called me back at noon to say he was now open and that I should come at noon from now on. I suggested he change the time on his Webb site.”
“I forgot how much I love this place! It had been years since I had been here and we had to run down for a few supplies. Definitely going to be shopping here more. Great products at great prices and yes they are open to the public. They have stuff you can't find at other stores so be sure to stop and check them out.”
“Hot foods are always available . My favorite part is no self checkout, everyone there is always helpful and kind. Good selection of meats for sure even the hard to find types. The kids and I love Ms.Becky the most wonderful cashier ever!!!!”

“It's so great to have a small family owned convenience store to buy a variety of items from snacks, milk, lunch meat, wine to fishing lures and nails! Ross's has helped me in a pinch many times and saved me from driving to a bigger box store. The staff is always very friendly.”

“I just love this store. Yesterday I was in there and I had a cashier called Austin and he was absolutely so efficient and kind. Every time I go in the Route 14 store all of the employees take time to say hello and are very helpful say hello say hello they take time to ask you if you found everything you want. “Took my 14# mini golden doodle there this week to get spayed. Vet tech was very professional, caring. My pooch doing great! Would recommend. I am an RN who has had dogs for 45 years. Have cash for payment, they add 4% of total bill to amt due if you use debit or credit card, don't accept checks.”
“I love this place. I lived nearby on the PA side, but moved away 10 years ago. I still occasionally drive down. I love the small-town feel, the sales, the smoling faces who always seem happy to help. Not a lot of places feel like community any more, but this does.”
““Don’t judge the book by its cover”I was in the area briefly for work, walked in for lottery tickets & was pleasantly surprised. The owner Jack was very personable and kind. Very old fashioned like.The outside of the building could make any outsider shy away, but I assure you if you need a quick stop/snack or lottery tickets this is your place.I thought it was wild that Jack knew almost every customer of his & hung up their obituaries after they passed.”

“I love shopping here. I also loved working for giant eagle. Unfortunately I had a spinal injury that took me out of work due to surgery. After some time now I'm not 100% but I wish there was something I could still do to stay with the company. I tried speaking with the old manager from the location I was at but unfortunately they were not very pleasant about me asking.”
“Sparkle always has the Spring Water that I like, not just Purified Water. The eggs they sell must be really fresh because they taste great. I don't want to buy them anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”
