“I just got PNC as my bank and I have had a good experience so far. The app is convenient and rather user friendly once you play around with it. Most things are self explanatory as far the app and online banking goes. I have had 2 meetings with Faith who is very knowledgeable and helpful for resources for my financial needs and wants. Most resources I didn't even realize/ know where even available.”

“I wanted to give a huge thank you to the manager Janel for her excellent customer service!!!! She is the reason I am still a customer at Citizens Bank after the recent issue I had. I had a $3 overdraft in my account (which is not my primary bank account) due to a transfer fee and was not notified of this overdraft until over 2 weeks later by letter. By the time I received the letter I was shocked to see Citizens was charging me $118 in overdraft fees ?. I immediately called customer service and they removed only one charge and told me that I need to keep a closer eye on my accounts even though I wasn’t notified once of the overdraft until weeks later after the fees accumulated. I felt this was unacceptable given technology of calling/texting/emailing. I stopped in the bank on Saturday and the teller couldn’t help so I called back today and was told the manager was busy and she would get back to me. I honestly wasn’t expecting a return call and was expecting Citizens to treat me like any other big bank and charge me $118 over a $3 overdraft. However I was wrong!! The manager Janel called me after hours on a Monday evening and told me that she will remove the fees. Thank you Janel and thank you Citizens for being a great place to bank!!!!”

“I am giving Huntington Bank in Columbiana a five star. They have a great team there, and they are all customer service oriented. I had a problem that was serious. My pay direct deposit didn't come and Tina Guido (Relationship Banker) went out of her way to research and find the problem. The problem was the other bank not Huntington's. While I was there people came just to visit Tina she is so well liked. I am not a big business but she still cared. The other tellers and people in the bank showed compassion too, and helped me get a time slot because she was packed with appointments. I also had some help and coordination with Huntington's customer service and ACH team and they were great to me. I have no complaints honestly. I was so distressed because my pay was sent from another bank and somehow the file was cancelled by that bank by accident. It took persistence and kindness over 6 days to get the other bank to find out what the problem was. Great team at Huntington !! Thank you also for your early pay program too. !!”

“Lisa or La'Tanya (according to my receipt) who works at the drive through window is the best. If I'm ever weary about making sure a check has to be deposited on time to the right account for business, I go out of my way to the Boardman Chase location to see her. She is always very helpful and cheerful and patient. She is very easy to work with and leaves you driving away with a smile because she's a pleasure to interact with and goes out of her way to deal with any issues you have in an upbeat and polite manner.”
“Not sure why all the bad reviews. I walked in and it was kindly greeted and everybody was really nice to me. I had my bank account set up pretty quickly and walked out fairly satisfied. I didn't have any waiting time whatsoever and I was treated very respectfully.”
