I went to get the water tested and picked up some chemicals as they suggested. Not sure if the girl just wasn't knowledgeable in pool maintenance or if they just wanted to make money but their advice made the water soooo much worse. Ph and alkaline levels thru the roof and it took almost 2 weeks, several bags of chemicals and the advice of another pool store to get the water right. Again, i really think the problem was lack of knowledge which sucks as the customer seeking advice.Edited 7/22/21: Account is in boyfriends name.
