Spent 5 minutes standing there. The manager was on the phone telling someone how she was new and was going to improve the service. Her employee was standing at the other register watching her talk. Multiple glancing look eye contacts but not one acknowledgement I was there. Not a hello, be with you in a minute, wait a second finger or even a head nod. If you're going to improve customer service you don't do it by blowing off someone with cash in hand. Place down the road got my money...and greeted me the second I walked in.

I've only been in this store two times and both times the staff were very helpful the most recent the lady at the desk discounted the parts 50%. Will definitely be returning

One of the best experiences I've ever had was here. David the store manager was so helpful. He went out of his way to help me. It's very rare to find a place like this. I called 2 other places before finding this shop. I couldn't even get help on the phone. I'm telling you, You have questions or need parts you'll get more than you paid for here.
