Here the past couple days we've been getting the wrong mail. Our addresses are clearly marked on the propertys here. I just got the neighbors mail. So where's mine? This is not acceptable. Please do better

If I could leave 0 stars I would. But to write this, have to give them that.
The young gentleman on route today needs to be FIRED. He PEPPER SPRAYED a young dog who WAS CHAINED to his porch! We have the video. He could have skipped the mailbox due to "animal interference" but DIDNT . he PLANNED to hurt this poor dog. Walked up with the pepper spray and sprayed the dog in the eyes while the dog maintained a SAFE distance. I really hope they see to it this young man gets fired because I would Hate to see more dogs endure animal cruelty on his route. Shame on you.

Mail carrier lies about deliveries. Claims they attempted but video tells another story. Multiple people complain but the management lets it slide. Should be investigated by postmaster. If you complain the local post office investigates itself lol. They know the guy does this and admits it and they could care less. Corruption at its finest. Go Perry county!

New people working counter. Have sent parcels to my son in the military prior (oversees). Employees now have no idea how the military addresse work. You'd think training would be better.

Every time I order a package that’s supposed to be delivered by this USPS it gets delivered to someone else’s house. Neighbors have to go on a scavenger hunt around the area to find the package because the mail carrier refuses to look at addresses apparently or they just can’t read. Whatever the case is I’m tired of not receiving my packages especially when they’ve already stated they’ve been delivered. If the package has not been delivered then it doesn’t need to be marked as delivered. This is probably one of the reason the incompetent mail carrier always delivers to the wrong address. The USPS needs to resolve this issue.

Our mail carrier is great!! She always goes out of her way to hand us boxed mail or things she thinks may be fragile or sentimental rather then putting it in the mailbox! If there ever is something that pops up or an issue the NL Post Office always finds a way to help and fix the issue. The workers inside always greet you with a smile and are also very helpful. With the season of Thanksgiving and Christmas upon us I know it must be stressful at times with the added packages I know their working hard to get all of our packages to us and I hope ppl realize that and thank them and show understanding!

Auto phone does not allow speaking to a person. Apparently deliverers are allowed to steal mail and nothing is done.
