Small store but we'll organized. They have a policy that they can't sell you something if it doesn't have a tag. Makes people upset. So check your items before going to check out. Also make sure you have socks if trying things on, dressing room floor was dirty.

My girlfriend and I aren't from New lex so we didn't know where to put our stuff and accidentally threw it in their dumpster, but we let them know what we did our stuff was on top and we told them we could get it out because the lady that talked to us was very rude and said they wasn't going to dig through the trash to get it. It was a range from kids toys to clothes and everything else(in good condition) . The woman that was very rude I'm not sure her name but it was very uncalled for when we told her what we did on accident and she just slammed the door and walked away. When we even went inside to talk to them the lady that was rude didn't even come out and talk to us, they just had a young woman talk to us. Goodwill is very rude and I do not recommend going to this one unless you want rude service. We weren't even aloud to get the stuff out to give it to them.

At times I wonder why this store is actually still open. The Store is always clean but the shelves are always empty. The display case has barely any items, and there is not much to choose from clothes wise. a typical Saturday yard sale has more to choose from. When I reached out to Goodwill to find out why the store is always so empty I have been told by Goodwill this is not a corporate store and is under an independent owner. Customer service is always friendly and the store is always clean but because the store is always bare I must give it one star.

This place was clean inside and outside. The prices were reasonable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a fitting room with plenty of space. There was no bathroom. There were lots of clothes however they were not arranged by size so I had to look through every shirt and see if it was my size. Also it was mostly clothes and not much other merchandise.
